The 2007 Celiac Conference began many, many months before March, 2007,
when one lady had a dream of educating people about Celiac Disease.
She sought volunteers to help her accomplish her dream.
The 2007 Celiac Conference became a reality because of the dream of

We heard some of the top celiac specialists in the country
talk about the disease and its ramifications.
There were over 40 vendors...
and LOTS of terrific gluten-free treats to taste test!
As with any large endeavor, there are the unsung heroes...
the behind-the-scene volunteers to whom we owe our thanks...
Lunch was included at the conference.

graciously and generously treated us to a gluten-free dinner Tuesday night...
