2007 CELIAC DISEASE CONFERENCE

CME CREDIT FOR DOCTORS, DENTISTS, and PHARMACISTS
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and Celiac Sprue Association Chapter 111.  Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

PHYSICIANS, DENTISTS AND PHARMACISTS

Wednesday, March 21, 2007 is Physician, Dentist and Pharmacist Education Day.  There are sessions being given that enable physicians to earn seven CME Credits and pharmacists to earn seven CPE Credits.  Dentists will receive a certificate of attendance from NEOUCOM and 1 hour credit for the dental portion of the program.

Each professional must register and sign in. You will be given an attendance verification letter to sign and turn in for credit.


NURSES, DIETITIANS, Dietetic Technicians, Social Workers

Nurses will earn 7 credits by attending the conference either day.

Dietitians and RDTs will earn Level 1 credits by attending the conference on
Tues., March 20.
Dietitians and RDTs will earn Level 3 credits by attending the conference on
Wed., March 21.

Social Workers will earn 7 credits by attending the conference either day.

Each 60 minute session will earn you 1 Continuing Education Credit

You may attend either day, Tuesday, March 20th or Wednesday, March 21st, to receive your continuing education credit. You will earn one credit for each 60 minute session you attend,
enabling you to earn a total of seven continuing education credits.   (You can earn credits for one day of attendance only.)

You will be given an evaluation sheet.  You must fill in the sheet and turn it to receive your credit.
